I saw it available on Disney + the other day, and I didn’t even care to check it out, despite having loved the original.
It’s just a different time now. It feels too late?
Can disney stop editing every trailer like it’s an MCU movie? This is supposed to be a lighthearted fairy tale, yet they keep using the same dramatic DUN DUN DUN DUN DUN DUN orchestra and percussion sound.
I think this looks like such a fun movie!! The 1st one was such a surprisingly great time, and this has been enough time after that it feels like a story they want to tell, rather than a sequel they want to sell.
I still hold Enchanted as possibly one of my favorite movies, mostly because it is – without contradiction – both a fun lighthearted princess movie while also being a fantastic deconstruction of the princess movie genre. It was a movie that somehow argued that expecting a prince charming to just magically appear in your life and be your true love is stupid, but also that *believing* in the possibility of prince charming and true love and being willing to fight for them are the only ways to make them real.
I’m a little concerned that it’s not the same team that did the first one. But it does feel like they’re trying to do the same thing except with the concept of “happily ever after,” and if they successfully pull it off i’ll be satisfied.
So my guess is that by wishing her life was like a fairytale again, Giselle inadvertently becomes the classical “evil” stepmother and has to break the curse before she’s the villain forever? If that’s the case, or something like it, it’s a really clever concept
Disney is going crazy with their sequels and remakes. The Santa Clauses (yes, sequel series to the movie with Tim Allen), Disenchanted and all the reboots to classics.
Wish they could focus on original ideas.
its like drunk superman III
I can’t wait to hear more from duet between Idina Menzel and James Marsden.
nice video
She’s almost 50 but still very hot. Love Amy Adams. Haven’t seen the first Enchanted yet, might watch tonight.
Didn’t think they would do a sequel.
I love the original, so for god’s sake pls be a good movie
Please be better than hocus pocus 2
I hope this is fun! Love Amy Adams but she hasn’t been in the best of projects lately.
Please Disney, just stop. Give us break.
Amy Adams has lost her way, sadly.

Ah yeah, another Matt Groening. Show’s alright. Could use a movie.
Wait…

She looks rather Scarlet Witch-esque in this.
I am honestly surprised this is going to D+ and not hitting theatres. Was the first one not a success?
Looks like WandaVision for kids
I cant put into words how much i hate the lighting in these cheap TV movies. Looks like absolute garbage

The CGI looks terrible. It seems like they didn’t have much budget for this. And the plot isn’t particularly captivating.
The first film is such a classic childhood favorite. I didn’t want to hold up high expectations but this definitely disappoints me.
Didn’t even know this was happening. I loved Enchanted when I was a kid.
I was a big fan of the original. This one looks meh, but I’d still give it a watch.
This trailer is too long and gives away too much. Hopefully, it’s as fun as the first.

Bean?
American Disney culture creeps me the hell out. Fairy tale princess fetishization and subtly racist CGI ethnic sounding characters.
