I love the difference between them but the same look in their eyes
Funny how “dungarees” and soft shoes and that fringed shirt look more or less normal now and were considered the clothes of radicals! They both look fabulous.
I used to have a jacket like David’s. RIP.
Holy shit. My grandparents had a couch with that exact pattern as that chair. Memory unearthed after a quarter century. Damn.
An evocative photo of David and his father, Floyd. I was just wiping the tears from my eyes.
May David rest in peace, and his family gain comfort through the cherished memories and wonderful times spent.
I was in the Dallas nightclub when he was arrested for having a firearm and a crack pipe back in the early 80s.
i wonder if my mom still has that National Geographic.
David letting his freak flag fly….good times..rip David!!
Funny how money begets money. Yes, even the creatives. RIP.
Counta cultura lol
Wow, he really committed his entire adult life to that soup-soaking mustache, hey? That’s commitment.
Ooooohh boy! All these years, I honestly thought Bing Crosby was his dad. I never looked it up. I always just assumed. 😟
Wow this is art
Never knew that but it makes sense now… Laurel Canyon kids…
Together again.
Hey! I have that lamp, only in blue.
Some Dickhead fans contributing shit. For those who don’t know he was a member of two of the biggest ever. The Byrds and Crosby Stills and Nash. And occasionally CSN & Young . One of the founding fathers of rock in America.
Meh. A nepo baby walrus moustached addict, drunk and a miserable human being kept alive only by a liver transplant. Nothing at all cool about him whatsoever. He made some good music. That’s about it other than it’s clear he loved and cared for his wife and she cared for him.
“Son, I’m proud of you… even if you are a damn, dirty hippie.”
You are high aren’t you son?
Yes dad, yes I am.
Oh, I remember those low-armed chairs from this era. The sofa, end-table, and flower pattered chair look like what my Nana had in her living room in the early 70s.
He found his look and stuck with it
Listening to CSNY on my Spotify fight now
