Op, honest question, Did that war mess up your dad like it did mine? I couldn’t have the TV on without the light in the room being on. Any ’80s gadget with flashing lights were banned. Surprising the man was near impossible but if I did God help me. The list of PTSD (Mine and his) goes on.

Technically the Korean war is not over, but I think the armistice was in 1953. Was your dad involved back then when they were still shooting? My dad wanted to go to Korea when it was hot there but too young, and it was over before he got the chance. Kinda funny how it might have changed everything if he’d gone.

She is a beauty. This was the first time since 1935 that Ford beat Chevrolet in sales. My dad had a blue and white one that we nicknamed The Bluebird.
