CDPR fundamentally ruined my view of them. So i’ll wait until its on sale and I have beaten the other games that are coming this year. NetherRealm, RGG and Remedy never headbutted me in the balls so they get the priority.

i played cyberpunk, when the next gen versions released and i liked the game,so i will also buy the expansion, but not on day one, because i will still be playing baldur’s gate 3.

I honestly probably won’t get around to playing it until next year. There’s too much coming this month and next that I want to play. There’s just not enough time.

My expectation would be that they have learned from their mistakes. My experience with human beings is that they have not.

I’ll probably play through the base game again to see all the changes, but I’ll get the dlc later when it’s on sale

I’ll buy it on launch day. Cyberpunk 2077 is one of the only games I bought on launch day and despite hearing of console players having issues, I had an entirely bug free first run of the game on the highest settings and loved it.

The only thing I think they really did poorly was River. Goro or Vik would have been way way better love interests and it was disappointing they put River into the game. Comparing the models of Judy and River, River clearly had far less work put into his design.

One of my favorite games I’ve ever played and I’m looking forward to the DLC.

Very excited for another playthrough through the main game and then the expansion. This is one of my favorite games and one of the very few games I don’t mind replaying.

Waiting for reviews. Never bought the base game since I expected a troubled launch which turned out to be true. Hope it’s good because I do actually want a reason to play the game.

Low.. very low. So at least I won’t be disappointed.

I’ve tried to play this game 3 times now… just doesn’t do it for me.

    No expectations.

I’m hoping that the overall game will complete its journey to being the best game it can be. I’m looking forward to starting a new character and going through the game a second time to see what they’ve changed and improved.

Hoping the expansion tells a great and compelling story in the same way the Witcher 3 expansions did. I hope we are set up for a sequel because in spite of the rough start and the time it took to get from point a to point b, Cyberpunk is an excellent game and an ip I want to see more from in the future.

Am I ready to return to Night City? Fuck yeah, bring it!

So the recommended CPU requirement is quite high. Initially, I was tilting towards GPU with Starfield. Now that’s out of the question for me, just waiting to see if it’s worth the upgrading both the Motherboard and CPU.

Assuming from just the requirement, hoping their AI is somewhat overhauled to make the city more alive.

wow im surprised so many disappointed comments. Like im too, was butthurt by the release of the game. They should have obviously cancel the last gen and wait for at least 6months to a year to resolve the bugs. Im not in favor of games getting early out of the door to get better over time, but I also want to congratulate them on keeping working on it with the big update of last year and the anime and now this big expansion. I am really hype and I dont think we’ll see another big rpg in the cyberpunk universe anytime soon so im all for it

I really liked the game and the only thing i’m actually interested in is more stories. I think CP2077’s most strong feature are its lore and characters, and I’ll be happy if we get more of those. Car combat and all that I don’t mind, and the skill rework and customization can be fun if done well, but I can just get used to it. If i hope for something, its that the dlc is long enough to justify the fact that there will only be one.

Played it on a mid range PC when it came out and had a blast. I’ve upgraded since then and cant wait to get back into it with Overdrive RT and HDR.

I hope that the updated system requirements don’t mean that the game will run worse on current systems, but only better reflect higher end settings. Made sure I finished the game before the patch and holy shit I am glad I did.

The story genuinely had some touching moments and I really liked the support cast. I skip through most stories in games, but this one kept me hooked from beginning to end so I really hope they tie all the knots with this expansion.

I’ve put off a new play through for this one. After the rocky start, CDPR have really given the game the love it needed to become great. I hope the expansion lands excellent and the new systems bring back former players to enjoy world once again.

  • GAMESGRAVE

    So ready.

I had no issues with the OG game but figured it would be the best option to wait until PL and update 2.0 to hit before having another play thru. It’s like waiting for a brand new game again.

  • Dularaki

I played after edge runner update and had a good time. The patch plus new features listed in the DLC looks like enough to make a complete experience. I enjoy the game, setting etc but it just needed more time in the oven.

  • nohumanape

I’ve just started Starfield and can tell that it’s going to be eating up a lot of my time. Don’t think I’ll be going straight into another complex RPG right after either. Will probably need something a little lighter (Spider-Man 2?). But I will eventually get to. I’m interested in playing through the main game again first, then straight into the expansion (I kind or blasted through the main campaign on my first play through)

  • Balrok99

Almost 3 years since its launch and with BG3 and Starfield being more than enough to keep me busy…. I will need some strong stuff to convince me to get back into the NightCity.

    Otherwise probably not.

    But we shall see.

I still feel burned for paying full price for it at launch and not being anything near what I expected. Hoping for a sale sometime in the future, but for now I have Starfield and hopefully BG3 on xbox soon.
