So is this valve just pulling an OW2 by just changing the visuals a bit, adding some new mechanics and putting a 2 at the end or am I miss understanding this? I don’t really follow cs
I was really hoping for more physics in the game. Bullets actually damaging objects and walls. If you shoot a wall enough some of the mortar will fall away possibly exposing a better shooting angle. HE grenade against a wood box will shatter the box or move it. Stuff like that but with CS gameplay.
I am whelmed? Played a lot of 1.6 and CZ when I was younger. This looks worse than GO or Source to me. The animations look a little wonky and the game doesn’t really look super modern. Nice that it’s a free upgrade though.

I’m more positive than not this is a joke yet it doesn’t seem to exceptionally funny so I’m confused.

I want Source 2 to finally be out for devs so bad its insane. Everything from CS2 to Alyx just makes me hyped.
I really hope with Unity falling apart, Gabe just unleashes Source 2 and starts a wave of source games like the early 2000s.
I can’t wait to build a PC, download this, and rage quit just like I did as a youngin.

Funny, Steams recommendation tag “is this game relevant to you” classifies this as “similar to other games you’ve played”.
And then lists Total War Warhammer 3 as that “similar” game.
