Yeah AOT gets weird when you’re hyper-political and you realize the Rumbling is a metaphor for the real life “Samson Option” Israel has.
Essentially, if Israel feels threatened existentially, they’ll nuke anyone they can as a way to make sure others have a vested interest in keeping israel afloat.
Like keeping the rest of the world hostage.
