What the hell happened to basketball where you can stiff arm people and get rewarded for it?

Looks like Mount Union is making its first attempt to start a dynasty outside of its football team, who never usually loses if at all until the national championship. Heard they’re also pretty good in wrestling.
I guess traveling is never called in any collegiate or professional basketball anymore….
