You can redeem digital stickers or something for your profile page. I don’t use them either lol

I love some of the profile stuffs you can get. I also like getting at least a level 1 badge from each event. I especially love my Hades profile.
It’s basically free swag, since I buy games often anyways.

It’s pretty harmless, just gives some customisation. I’m quite happy with it.
I mean it’s actually kinda cool imo. I mean you are going to buy games extra, so it’s just extra. And you can get seasonal badges and cool things for your profile too. Some people don’t really care, but I mean I think it’s neat to be able to customize your profile and showcases.
What’s the big deal? They give you free profile “upgrades” when you buy games. It’s not like you have to pay for it. It’s just extra content for free. Why is that a problem?
How else would I award someone a clown sticker after they shit talk and lose in counter strike??
I have to disagree, I enjoy the doodads offered in the points shop. Its just a way for fans of games to show off their support.
I feel like people are starting to lose their capacity to enjoy little promotional items like this, but it’s a nifty little idea and I hope they keep coming up with new stuff to purchase.

To be honest, I always was buying games on steam and getting games only, but now I get games AND points for profile customization at no additional cost, so I don’t see what to complain about.
