The best one of these was a dry legal text in which the desiccated author had included a dedication ‘For my darling daughter Juliet’. Some wag at law school had written underneath the dedication’Thanks dad, it’s just what I always wanted’.
It’s Field Guide To The North American Teenager by Ben Philippe. I bought it for my nephew for Xmas last year. I went to flip through it and ended up reading the entire thing. It’s hilarious and I recommend it to anyone even though it’s a YA novel.

Belzie? I guess to me that’s the funny part. Like someone was typing fast and misspelled Belize.
I say the same thing about driving. I really should not be directing a large, fast, pile of deadly metal. No one would be safe.
I swear I’ve seen this same dedication in another book…
