Blur track #2 was actually a parody song that makes fun of grunge music. The idea was they could spin up some generic sounding grunge with shitty lyrics and it would be a hit…. and it was.
Madden 04/05 had banger soundtracks. FIFA a long time ago was a fun way to explore some popular tracks from Europe. Burnout 3 (published by EA)also great soundtrack.
I mean, with Blur Song 2, you probably could have just turned on any Alternative Rock station that was running a “Back In The 90’s” day, Grunge Radio segment, or just playing “Classic” hits. In any case, if you enjoy Blur, just wait until you find out the singer went on to form The Gorillaz…
