I trained a dude for 3 months and he was consistently fucking up our touchiest titration… so I jokingly asked him if he was colorblind. Said he just found out during his physical for the job that he in fact was colorblind. Dude was like 45 lmaooooo, I told him right then I was done training him and he needed to go request a new position.
