The best part is that he was ‘small’ here in comparison to his bodybuilding times, I’ve recently watcher T1 and T2 almost back to back, the difference between movies is already noticeable and yet he’s still an oak here

Are the shorts intentionally garish so they are obvious if they make it into the shot? I lived thru the 90s and remember the “style”, but this seems purposeful.
