You could keep the logo too, just flip the 2 around.
Not officially, no. You need to buy the original ones and cut them into rectangles yourself. Then spray on the gradient, use some masking tape to recreate the PS2 logo and then spray the rest black. Sounds like a nice weekend project.
I personally have just black faceplates and it makes the PS5 look so much better as it doesn’t stand out as much besides my TV.
3D print yourself some.
