I read somewhere he was asked in an interview what it was like being one of the best guitarists in the world and he replied “I’m not even the best guitarist in my band!”

Wow I saw ACDC at the Forum in LA in the late 90s. One of the greatest bands of all time. Can’t believe this dude is still up there.

Not trying to be a jerk or anything here but it sounded just awful. sounded like a good amount of missed notes too.
I’ve been a fan of AC/DC since I was a kid. I saw them on the Highway to Hell tour *and* the Back In Black tour, so you know it’s not just me being a hater here, but, I’m sad to say that that was absolutely awful.
Timing all over the place, missed notes – this from someone who was formerly always in the pocket, inventive, melodic, and groovy.
It’s tragic, but time is cruel, and you can’t be expected to keep up with your 20-year-old self
Angus, mate, it’s time to hang up the SG and go and roll about in all your money.
In fact, it was time in 2017, when Malcolm died. If not before.
RIP AC/DC 🙁
