Amazon didn’t deliver one of my daughter’s gift on time. I guess we’re going to see how long it takes for her to notice Santa dropped one.

It’s a set of books shrink wrapped in plastic, so it shouldn’t get damaged… I hope.
Santa had the elves flying on Southwest for mop up, I’m afraid. it’s gonna be a few days.
This is refreshing. After seeing multiple psychopaths think it fun to dress up as the Grinch and traumatize their kids this is a really fun way to keep your kid(s) engaged. Hats off to you!
Is it pizza?
This is very cute
What’s doubly funny about this is, there was a post today about Amazon starting drone deliveries in some cities. Yes, “Santa” dropped the package on the roof!
👏 brilliant
Just hope it isn’t going to rain.
Holy shit. This is genius and I can’t wait to steal it when I have kids and stuff inevitably shows up late
(If you don’t mind)
I did the same thing today!!!!! My sons pogo stick!
My parents did this once, but my dad just said he found them on the roof instead of actually putting them up there
It’s funny that the post above this for me was about Amazon starting drone deliveries in a few states.
This is genius
Let’s get a power wash to the gutters.
Is it just the US (I am making an assumption here) where deliveries suck? I have been getting online stuff for years (UK). Never, ever had an issue.
Most posts I have seen have been US based. Just asking.
I thought Deadpool delivered you a present.
That’s brilliant
lol, if i did this it would start raining before i made it back inside.
This is such a cute idea! Please keep us updated!
3:31pm : Right now I have 5 kids over at my house playing. All 5 are outside with an additional neighborhood kid. They’re playing with an RC car. Not one of them has noticed it yet.
Dipping sticks?
Damn, brilliant plan!
I read somewhere that when the older kid stops believing, they help become Santa for the younger kids who believe.
At my house the reindeer (me) always chewed up the carrots and left a mess of chewed up carrots all over the floor. The kids loved it and I (dad) was always so angry at the reindeer. I like this gift on the roof idea. It wouldn’t work so well in the snowy area right outside of Buffalo where we live!
Down that chimney? Can’t blame him.
Hope it is rain proof.
Your wood stove pipe is too short for your roof, should be much taller. Fire hazard, have it checked out please. ☮️
My parents lodged one of mine in the fireplace since it didn’t show up till like March when I was a kid
Wouldn’t if have been easier to say it rolled off into the yard than to put it up there and risk dying retrieving it?
I forgot one in the garage. It was a portable balance beam and lonoong flag for kids. She loved it and we didn’t have to wrap it, win win.
Damm God Tier Parenting right there
As long as its weatherproof, lol
Put some reindeer poop next to it for more believability.
That’s cleaver as fuck OP.
Enjoy this while you can. Drone delivery is coming and lots more will end up on the roof.
Genius
That’s such a cute way to fix the problem 😀
Brilliant, I will be using that one
Flahsback to the 80s when my parents couldn’t secure a Cabbage Patch Kid for my little sister in time for Christmas. A few weeks later the one Santa dropped appeared in the woodpile out back. Probably extended her buy-in to the bearded one a few years too.
Outstanding!
Genius
Brilliant idea! If you have an elf on the shelf, they could always deliver it. Please update us when they finally notice it
Ah damn what’s the remind me bot tag? I’m going to need updates
We’ve done this when gifts came late. We hid it under the tree skirt.
It was so close, Santa
Ok
Cute! We put one in the fireplace
But she walked in on us setting up Santa, so there’s a chance she no longer believes. I’m gonna give it a few months before I ask her.
