lol, yeah. Very accurate for gun builds or people who do a lot of settlement building
If you pick up everything in Fallout 4 like I do then you won’t be that low on materials ever after the early game. May have to get some more individual materials depending on what you’re doing though.
looking for story
Felt that ðŸ˜
Why are you looking for adhesive? You can make it with Starch. Adhesive is one of the few things I never lack.
Every settlement I had was farming corn, tatos, and mutfruit for veggie starch. It was aluminum that I usually had to scrounge for.
That NextGen 64-bit RTX Upgrade is going to be wild, I’m so pumped for this!
what about 76?
Uhhh no. Looking for son…
What about the first two games? And Tactics?
There was a period of time where I got a rush of dopamine just from seeing a roll of duct tape in real life.
I pick up everything I see so I’m normally good lol
I always feel like I’m taking crazy pills when I talk about FO4 because everybody seems to like it except for me. It just never felt like a Fallout game to me, it was more like an Apocalypse Amusement Park.
It took me a while to realize that I didn’t like it. I kept looking for the *juice* in that game. First I thought it was settlement building, but I gave that up after realizing that I was literally playing as Wall-E, just gathering up trash to build with. I went to an office building to find coffee cups. Yeah there were enemies there, but they were completely secondary. Because *coffee cups*.
Then I tried to enjoy the exploration aspect, but I quickly realized that every location is fundamentally the same. There is a predetermined enemy type(supermutant, raider, ghoul, or mirelurk), a legendary enemy or two, a power armor enemy(if the enemy type is human raider), and a named enemy next to a loot trunk right next to a convenient way to leave the building quickly. Any type of backstory or lore in the location is generally irrelevant. Any type of quest that might be tied to the location is no more than “kill all enemies” or “bring me this item” level. Every safe (which has been locked since before the apocalypse?) has a shitty pipe gun and a stimpak.
And I slowly realized is that there’s nothing to look forward to in FO4. Like Power Armor. In other FO games that is the late-game penultimate badass thing that allows you to be a true King of the Wastes. In FO4, you’re given power armor like 20 minutes after you exit the vault. I want to have to *work* to get that shit, I want it to be special. Nope.
I tried to go through the story… but gave up on that on reaching the stadium-town thingy and hearing the incredibly awful dialogue between angry-reporter-woman-trope and the corrupt-mayor-trope of stadium-town.
There was one side quest and location that I found interesting and enjoyed. Honestly, they could have built the entire game around that one side quest. Everything else… nah.
Screws are easy. Just look for hotplates, fans and typewriters.
OP – “Finally finished all three fallout games! I wonder why they started at number “3” though? Oh well.”
me who has 100k of every resource👀
Am I crazy or has the past few weeks had a huge influx of Fallout posts? Seems about everyday there’s more than a few Fallout memes and “this gem looks good still” posts.
Benny didn’t kill you…otherwise there wouldn’t be a game.
i need fucking aluminum and cant find any
Didnt know fallout is only 3, nv and 4 lmao..
Og fallout 1,2 are gems as well.
No, you’re dad who is looking for son, who is dad and also killer and made son out of adhesive and screws.
Just have your settlers farm mutfruit, tato and corn = infinite adhesive. Screw a bit harder but if you got the caps you can buy shipments quantities of them.
From the looks of things you haven’t played all Fallout games
Yup,when I did my first play thru in Fallout 4,I didn’t gather as much as I should have when I wanted to fully upgrade my load out of guns (silencers on every gun, upgraded barrels, stocks, recivers, etc) and I wanted to upgrade my t 45 power armor to be the best I could make it before I would go in to the glowing sea, which would soon result in Me upgrading my armor to the point were I decided to were it every were I went till I finished the game. And yes,I was dumb and didn’t bother upgrading to a better version of armor,I was stubborn, didn’t think about it,and was just dealing with what I got from the first quest from the minutemen.
Fallout 1 : Where is the water chip?
Fallout 2 : Where is the GECK?
Fallout 3 : Where is Daddy?
Fallout NW : Where is that SONOFABITCH???
Fallout 4 : Where is my son?
Adhesive and OIL for me. I’m always low and have Bones tagged for Cutting Fluid.
You mean “Attempted” Killer.
After finishing *some of* the fallout games…
I honestly love that Fallout 4 gives you a reason to pick up all that random clutter. Bethesda games feel so much more real and authentic because of that clutter, but until Fallout 4 it didn’t serve much purpose other than helping the world feel more real, and in a post-apocalyptic game it finally gives a more realistic scrounging feel.
I will never not use cheats to get crafting components.
*Attempted* killer. It didn’t stick.
SHHHAWWWWWNNNN!!!!
I swear is that mofo looking for their baby or their dog
Fallout 76 – this is not the Fallout you’re looking for
I only hope Microsoft strips away the Fallout IP from Bethesda, these hack developers don’t have enough talent to work with this IP. Fallout 3 and 4 are fun enough if you install like 100+ mods, but the vanilla experience is mediocre at best, the world/lore of Fallout is so cool, but everything else is so lame in these games
Fallout 76 – Looking for bloody guns
Who tf needs MORE adhesives, yall can’t find the fifteen glue bottles in every room?
