Also the dlc. Blood and wine is great
Oh oh, if you’re on pc, download some of the mods, they do help optimize graphics and gaming experiences
One of my favorite games ever. And I absolutely didn’t expect it to be, having never played the first 2 Witchers and more partial to JRPGs.
I’m waiting for the PS5 version.
Does that have a date yet?
Good luck. I’ve tried 3 times to get into it and just not really feeling it like everyone else is.
see you again in like 200 hours 😉
Literally some of the best times I’ve ever had playing games I hope you find the same enjoyment a lot of us did
I’m looking forward to playing this for the 2nd time when the PS5 upgrade releases.
Tempted to disregard new game+ and just start from scratch again.
My first game that stunned me since mafia 2 and return to Castle wolfenstein, and made me to finish a fkin pc game. I finished it 3 days ago. Awsome
Edit: Oh and there is spooky quests top cemetery and shit
Enjoy! If you find yourself enjoying collecting Gwent cards, definitely be careful when you get to Velen because there’s a card you can miss and not get later if you progress the story too far. Don’t sweat it too much though just enjoy the game at your own pace!
Reminder to do all the side quests as soon as possible. Not all of them are special of course but you’ll find some jewels.
Maybe wait for the next gen upgrade coming before end of this year,
I give it a solid “meh”
I wish i could have my witcher virginity back…N’joy…
Its a slow start learning the world and how the game plays, but soon youll be slaying monsters and solving mysteries like the rest of us. But mostly just play Gwent.
I have a hard time finishing games after playing this because they all feel subpar.
Pro tip: Kill the cows to get leather. Nothing bad can happen if you do it over and over again.
Tip: Use the crossbow underwater
I may be in the minority here, but I really didn’t care for Witcher 3. The controls felt really clunky (like it was trying to navigate a drunken roomba via chopsticks).
I enjoyed the first two but… three felt… ‘odd’

Btw it’s normal to have a bunch of food eventually.
Ah, Le Hidden Gem™️ starring good ol’ Geraldo!
Man’s gonna watch the first scene and gonna fail NNN,… Facts 😂
It may take a few hours to click for some people.
Highly recommend you level out your screen. Playing it crooked like that will mess with your neck in the long run.
Tip: Don’t go with a magic build. It’s either too easy or too “hard”. Things melt before you or they are straight up immune. I went with that first time and I think it hurt the experience. Bonking enemies with swords is more balanced.
Then “death-march!” isn’t as hard as the game signals it being. The difficulty is rather steep right at the start of the game then it drops as you gain access to more bombs/oils/potions/items. And it forces you to use said items, like a witcher would. More immersive experience imo.
You might want to tilt your screen a little.
Hype still continues. It never dropped.
Take your time and enjoy.
The remaster release soon fyi
The game is slow in the beginning. I suggest do the side quest and main story together. This really helps in passing through the first part quickly without getting bored. The game becomes very engrossing starting the 2nd act. And please please please tell me you have both the extension packs. The story isn’t complete without them. Game hack: There are easy ways to make some quick money in the game. I won’t spoil it for you but there are multiple ways to do it.
Update – i understand what the hype is about, this game is fire
Do I have to play the other 2 to understand this game? I have it sitting in my library but idk if it’s worth it if I haven’t played the others
