Pretty sure I saw this movie, but it was with Zac Efron and DeNiro was his grandfather…
This looks bad on every possible level.
After The Wizard of Lies, Joker and The Irishman I really hoped that De Niro finally stopped doing these low class movies. I guess I was wrong.
De Niro has had a line of stinkers in recent times.the glory days are well and truly done.

He is, and always will be, one of the all time greats of cinema. Nothing will ever change that. If he wants to keep working and doing grandpa schlock, that’s just fine with me.

Get it? “FEATHERS,” like the peacock. Also it’s just one letter away from “FATHER,” which is what the movie is “ABOUT!” That’s like three levels!

I can’t stop misreading this as All About My Father and mistaking it for an Almodovar sequel
The head and the body of the tracksuit guy don’t belong to the same person it seems.
I didn’t see De Niro’s name at first and I thought he was Joe Pesci.

I think the only movie from the past decade I’ve watched where De Niro is a “grandpa” but more like an old father that was really good and his acting was amazing was Silver Linings Playbook.
I think the best way to sum up modern De Niro is that he can be in things like this and at the same time, have one of his movies premiere at Cannes (the next Scorsese movie – Killers of the flower moon)
Sebastian Maniscalco is quite possible to most unfunny comedian I’ve ever watched
Deniro is doing every movie they throw at him because he’s broke.
I’ll be watching The Machine staring Bert k.
