That is truly a beauty, my friend!
Kinda crazy how “modern” that car looks for its time, if you drop the giant fins off the back in favor of a long rear windshield it would *almost* look like a 60-70s roadster style
that’s boss man…
A bear’s natural habitat
So many pretty design elements in that car. You could steal just a few at a time and make a good looking car with them.
X-post to r/spotted, you’ll make their day!
Supercharged and a sleeper most don’t even realize.
Wow.
Just wow.
That’s a sexy car.
My dream car.

Friends grandfather has one here in Pennsylvania. Truly beautiful car

Worth a fortune
I’ll bet it didn’t look that good when it was new 🙂
This makes me think of Bowfinger. Beautiful car!
They just don’t make cars like this anymore, and that’s very sad.
It’s really more of a burgundy…
I would like an exact replica but resto mod and electric please.

I’m not an expert in cars but doesn’t leaving the tire curved like that while parked bad for rhe vehicle?
I want them to make cars like this again. OK, maybe with modern safety stuff, sure, butbring back amazing shapes and trash those blocky SUVs
its amazing. but hate to tell you this, its red. ![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|neutral_face)
I worked on one of those at my first apprenticeship. Owner wanted EFI conversion and a modern stereo.
Car design peaked with the 50’s-60’s era.
Just 1 picture? Shame shame!!
Jus a car that radiates Style.. with the window down and swing music on you can not ride any more stylish..
The wife’s grandfather turned this down for the incomparable….. Lark! He could have afforded the Golden Hawk which is the real killer!
The studebaker museum in South Bend, IN is pretty cool if you’re ever looking to see some history. Pretty sure one of the adjunct buildings is still an AIR-BNB, had lots of cool old advert stuff on the walls when I was last there
AKA “The Homer”
Studebaker made some great looking cars…the pick up was meh.
She’s been restored, panel gaps, uneven contours, and the door to quarter valley suggest she wears a bit more polyester than when she rolled out.
My next door neighbor drove a gold one when I was a little kid. I always loved that car.
Giggidy
My dad had one of those.
Beautiful car. I saw a 2011 zimmer golden spirit last year and was taken back. I posted about it
I took the liberty of x-posting to r/carporn
I see. Ty!
