Save the Kurds from everyone. They are great allies, right there in the center of it.

Downvote me however you like, this is not a pro democracy protest. Kurds and Turks live in harmony in Turkey. There will always be outliers but this not about sovereignty. This protest emphasizes that Turkey treats Kurds harshly or at least not at the same level but that is not the case at all. People in the comments, do not come up with answers without knowing what is really going on in the middle east, please.
If the Kurds in Turkey want to go to the so called Kurdistan autonomous region they might migrate, if they please to do so. However majority of the Kurds are happy to live under the Turkish flag, which unifies all the people living in Turkish soil.
Maybe we should save the *entire world* from Turkey while were at it!

Abandoning the Kurds was literally probably the dumbest thing the T Administration did. With one stroke, we cowered before an aggressive force, abandoned key allies, harmed trust with all our other allies, and left millions of dollars of supplies to waste
We’d love to, but see, if we did that we’d have to fight a war with a Turkey to seize Constantinople and give it to Greece, because no fucking way can we let Russia have the Bosporus, which is what Turkey would do if we turned on them. When Russia is neutralized, we can talk.

Still can’t believe that the US bent over backwards abandoned the Kurds just because Trump was threatened by Turkish government while his former at least know how to compromise while he don’t and left so quickly that Kurds switched side to Assad of feared of getting killed by Turkish and Russian forces moving in. And this was more dumb because unlike the shit show Afghanistan government, the Kurds actually have the motivation to fight.
