$4k in Manhattan
Top bunk dude doesn’t even have to get out of bed to pee. Just aim for the sink.
It is meant for two people, with the silly bunk beds?
And how big is it? 10m²?
At least you have your own washing machine. And is electricity/heating included?
were having a housing crisis, after the crash of 2008 we were badly hit and now basically the only thing money-people can invest in is property, the shitbag ff/fg politicians allowed a kind of state capture in term of property now alot is owned by oil barons and dodgey fucks, it keeps getting harder and more expensive to build and the soaring prices mean landlords are selling up alot too, helped along by the greed pictured
i presume with this property you just fling your shit out the window like a victorian
Looks like it has washer dryer tho
$2000 a month in Toronto
The chair is for staging purposes only, though. It’s an extra €50/mo if you want access to it.
People in California be like: “Wow, what a steal!”
It’s scary that I looked at this and thought, “Hey! Not bad!”
I live in Malaga Provence. Townhouse. 4 bedrooms, 2 bath. Big Roof terrace, breakfast terrace, big balcony. 3 car garage. €850 a month.
“Increase the minimum wage!” … err NO. If Covid allowed all government to say housing is a basic necessity than we should probably stick to that. Regulate the world realtors and force them to only profit a set percentage based off of the current government rate. Fvck those companies.
Dublin, the absolute WORST possible place to visit in Ireland……and I’m Irish saying that lol
Nice, good ol’cafe-gym-autorium livi’n space
What a joke.
Nice sleep-in kitchen!
Dreamhouse of Michael Scott, as he can get Up with the smell of bacon

I had a cousin I visited in Dublin when she was going to Trinity College, her apartment was a converted stairwell, the kitchen/dining was one of the landings. I have no idea what she was paying.
That’s what we call a two bed room apartment, lad.
That bare hanging bulb just really brings it all together.
One step to the bed, the office, the kitchen, and I assume that window is for pissing out of… but at least you can invite a friend over for a bunk bed party.
Here in Taiwan’s Taoyuan, for half of that I get:
2 bedrooms
1 shower room
1 kitchen
2 small balconies (1m x 3m)
1 raised-floor all wooden room
1 living room
1 basement parking spot
Security & building management included
I’d expect sheets for that price
Oooh, bunk beds.
It’s looks like something from a communist country. It’s completely wrong that people are robbed like this
Yeah. But with that bunk bed you have so much room for activities.
Sleeps two!
Where’s the sunroom?
At least there’s no traffic going to work…
At least there’s space for rommie
Mr. Big shot showing off their window I see

How much does, say, a fast food worker pull in monthly in Dublin City?
Open concept
Looks like a cozy two-bed room. Idk what OP is complaining about.

Ok! Time to eat, shit, work, sleep!
SO turned down a PhD position in Dublin, because of that. 18k salary a year and 1k rent for that.
What luxury….
WC?
Breakfast in bed? yes please!
So it’s furnished?
Is that a dishwasher and washer dryer combo? I was paying 900 dollars a month for a place in Florida that wasn’t anywhere near that nice and didn’t have my own washer.
Shit, they’re lucky. In the Seattle area that would easily go for at least $1800/month.
I paid 900 a month in Cambridge to live in a literal closet with a window the owners had added to the closet.
That’s a great deal!
Is it just this one room?
