From what I’ve been told, they’re easier to jailbreak if they’re running older firmware. I don’t have the specifics of it. I have an old PSTV sitting around that I was thinking about looking into it for.

I remember the battery life was shit, always had it plugged in so I could game in the car, however the memories and the games made up for it.
Make sure to check that the battery hasn’t turned into a spicy pillow.

These things had some of the flimsiest lcd screens I’ve ever seen. Favorite handheld, but god I went through like 3 of them.

Nice. I once saw a vga graded 85+ of the god of war psp limited edition.
It’s a great console. Try to get your hands on some of the exclusives like MotorStorm: Apocalypse. You can’t even really emulate that game very good, it used to not work at all.

Crack it and you have portable emulator machine. That’s what I used mine for back in the day. That and Naruto episodes.
I still play Dissidia Duodecim to this very day. I emulate it on my PC mostly, but when I travel I just transfer my save data to my PSP.

My dad bought a psp for me. I hated it man. It was awful to play. The only thing I liked about it was being able to connect to wifi. I would scan wifi everywhere I went. Finally we got a router and I discovered porn.
Nostalgic of scootering down to the local coffee shop to play SOCOM on the free Wifi.
Why open an unopened psp when you couldve Just bought a used one?
