Is that guy Percy Karavello in this?
I love how their conversations are so realitistic. All the pauses, yeahs, ums, stutters. It really adds the the humor lmao
I love glep eating his french fries
I didn’t realize being chased by a forest demon was a regular monotonous situation
I agree that the monotony is the charm of the show n general but the episode with shrimp was my favorite. I love how the voice over artist just shouted every line with no inflection or punctuation.
Weird.. usually reddit shows the Promotion tag when an advertisement is posted.
literally the whole episode was this. and it was pure f*ckign gold
Absolutely loved this episode. Before it aired it was advertised as a “Brazil vacation” special. Once I realized what was happening I started dying, such an incredibly funny twist.
I don’t get exactly what was funny about this clip?
I love the show but this episode is uncomfortable. I identify with Pip in this and it makes me want to crawl into a hole and die.
“comedy gold”
Seeing how many people did not get the comedy of this episode makes me really appreciate it so much more.
Comedy tin maybe.
Zach’s voice can make anything funnier. “You kiss your dad on the mouth?”
Am I allowed to NOT like this or will I get downvoted into oblivion?
It wasn’t that funny
If you’re invested in the show already, then the subversion of expectations and knowing the characters adds humor value, but it’s not even close to comedy gold in a vacuum or without context
Also, idk how people didn’t expect this episode to turn out that way. They never gave such big promotional material to any other episode… It was clear what would happen as soon as you thought about it. Bait n switch. “Going to Brazil on vacation” isn’t even that interesting a premise, compared to “escape from a grotesque forest monster” and “accidentally help a knockoff hobbit in the style of old LotR movies stalk his ex”
I guess I’m saying it was an ok episode, but people are giving it away too much credit
