This episode’s theme are the backbone of this show, the talents, the voice actors, animators and directors themselves. What a glimpse to the life and passion all animators partake in pursuit of art. Those reference videos were so good and goofy I wanted more, the father & son for Ekko was just wow. What an experience for that child and joy for the dad to be involved in such an amazing project. They’ve pretty much just confirmed that some voice actors’ performance has influenced how their characters are to be animated by Fortiche. They were quite vehement on letting the world know they didn’t use motion capturing, a stance to take pride of their work and art.
End of episode shows that the next one will focus more about the men and women behind
the music and production in Arcane. Can’t wait to see more stuff about one of Riot’s best team together with RAT (Riot Animation Team).
Seeing that kid running in real life being used as a reference for Ekko’s scene in episode 7 is amazing
Need season 2 news already.
Such an amazing episode. Showing so many talented individuals working together
I just love how each creative involved in the entire (very long) process was allowed to put their own creative flair on what they were doing. Things weren’t set in stone by the people at the top, and changes were allowed throughout.
what’s the name of the art style they use for this? it looks similar to the clone wars show.
