I have a small zombified squirrel decoration that I got for Halloween this last year and have been updating it for the seasons/holidays. He’s just so adorable. My daughter has an old American girl doll clothes chest and it has become the storage receptacle for all of his tiny outfits.
There is a guy near me with one of those giant skeletons in his front yard. Lives right across the street from a high school. It graduated with the rest of them. Still lives at home though.

I have neighbors who do the same thing! Usually they just put different hats on the giant skelly, and when it rains he gets an umbrella.
