I loved The Father on both stage and screen but when I saw this play I thought it was pretty cliché, so hopefully he manages to elevate the story in this adaptation.
I don’t even care, that cast, I’m in!

It’s weird that Laura Dern is only 2 years older than Hugh Jackman, but the movies they’re known the most for are 7 years apart (Jurassic Park 1993 and X-Men 2000)
