Did that guitar wah wah get sampled in a bunch of 90’s electronic songs? it sounds so familiar.

“When did Rage get political? Dar, dar, dar.”
Legends
We need more like this! More music like this with some passion.
All I can remember is that I was very frustrated to have to wait 4 years for this second album
Tickets for their upcoming show where I live are $270 and up for nosebleed seats and $600+ for the floor. Guess capitalism isn’t so wack after all.
Also, donating $475k when a single floor ticket is that obscenely expensive is next to fuck all. It reeks of textbook pandering.
Wankers
Loved Rage, saw them live about 5 times. Sometimes they post political messages and such, however on a recent video I saw their message use “birthing person” instead of mother or woman and seeing them buy into that kind of stupidity has made me loose respect for them, seems they are really just sheep like the rest of them… Sad
The machine they raged against was a printer🤪
Huh, I had never realized before that the black outline of the person with a raised fist seen in the video became the cover of The Battle of Los Angeles, their next album after this one

Funny how they morphed into “rage for the machine”
Sellout-to-the-machine
Old school talentless. The screeching and squawking, the 4 chord songs a middle school kid could play, so lame.
Damn the 90s wah hits diffrent
I saw Rage and Wu Tang outside at the Masquerade Music Park in Atlanta. Such a bad ass city to live in during the 90’s. So many concerts. Good times…
Don’t expect their concerts to be like this unless you live in a major city.
Shilling in the name of nowadays.
Tom Morello was 86’d from a bar i worked at in seattle. He was apparently convinced that our dry-storage in the back of our 100+ year old diner/dive bar was the VIP room, got all fuckin weird when the door man was like “uh, thats our dry storage, you can’t go back there”. Door guy was even a RATM fan.
I never really was down with the fandom around RATM, personally .. too many machevelian fuckheads who didnt understand the lyrics, just wanted to act tough and ‘rAgE’.. same with nirvana. Love seeing off duty cops and the like with nirvana and rage gear.
Sure, they wrote some ok music but…..
.. there is a lot more subversive and interesting music out there than what the radio plays.
Damn, didn’t realize Zack was wearing a Los Crudos shirt in this
Dude, if you all do not get what I am inferring to yoi must be on your 5th booster.
This was my song in 6th grade
They went from
“Fuck you, I won’t do what you tell me Motherfucker!”
to
“Fuck you, You better do what they tell you Motherfucker!”
Bought tickets to the Detroit show 2 years ago. Got offers to get a refund 3 times since then. Nope
Cannot wait
That song still gives me chills
Just saw them in Chicago! Best show ever
I love reading these comments! RATM has *ALWAYS* been anti-establishment. It’s awesome when modern Conservatives realize that THEY are the machine RATM has been raging against! They can’t deal with it so they blame the messenger. They call them “Sellout!” and say they “Rage FOR the Machine!” Oh, the beautiful irony.
Advice to conservatives who *used* to like RATM: Maybe you should take Tom Morello’s advice and “Wake up!”
Now he rages with the machine.
Conservative values “rally round the family …” while warmongering with “a pocket full of shells”
Fucking sellouts
Hurts a little inside when rage gets posted on “old school cool” but still love the recognition lol
Love that red and black flag
this was the first music video I ever saw. it was easter morning the year it came out, back when mtv played music!
one of my all time favorite bands
I always heard.. running out of crab cakes.
With a pocket full of shells.
My excuse is I’m a chef.
Rage with the Machine more like it. SELLOUTS!
Took my 12yo son to see them last in Hamilton! Was an amazing show. Been waiting years to see them. Was my son’s first concert too!
Now they Rage for the Machine.
Now they’re new school cringe crying about black birthing people
Now these clowns are like full on government-worshipping dopes. So much for F U I won’t do what you tell me lol
Just saw them play Hamilton On. Last night. It was absolutely amazing.
What happened to them?
Too bad they totally sold out to the man…
The conviction.
I’m a chef, and I force my my cooks to listen to this while we clean up.
