In person, Zane has quite a long nose. You can’t tell really from this picture, or any picture of him that I’ve seen, because he takes care to look straight at the camera or at a very shallow angle.
Saw him later in life, maybe 25 years on from here. He wasn’t as bulky but IMO he looked great — better than this. I belonged to a gym run by Dave Draper at the time. He and Zane were buddies, and Zane came by so Dave could pose with him for pics of some new weight-training device that Zane was marketing.
