Hey everyone, after almost 3 years working on ABRISS, I finally released it last week on Steam.
I was so nervous, it was crazy, but so far it has pretty good ratings and people don’t seem to hate it. So thanks again for all the feedback and support I’ve gotten from you guys. It helped a lot and I’m very grateful.
Here’s a link for all of those who are interested: [https://store.steampowered.com/app/1671480/ABRISS__build_to_destroy/](https://store.steampowered.com/app/1671480/ABRISS__build_to_destroy/)
You don’t know me, but I’m proud of you. You deserve to know that…. Also let me know when you got a deal with Sony so I can download this.
Looks like the kind of game where you’ll see people building overly elaborate structures that are overkill and glorious.
Can’t wait to see that.
Pretty sure I’ve seen real civil engineer (RCE) play this game, looks cool
Saw this on latest shillup video. Hope it does well mate
Were you the guy who made Besiege? Awesome game, this looks similar
I don’t play anything on PC, but this looks fucking awesome. Congrats on the release, can’t imagine how much time & effort was put in. Hope it goes great!
15 bucks for early access? No thanks.
Are you planning on posting this same video every week to advertise your game?
So Besiege 2.0?
I thought my adblocker was turned on
Side point, the minimum requirements have a minor error in them, the 970ti doesn’t exist but by god do I wish it did because the 970 alone was a monster of a card back in the day and still serves me well!
dude… if seen you post this trailer, 4-5 times now? you even use gfycat link to not trigger spam protection on reddit.
please stop.
Are there any models for real world structures? Would love to destroy stone henge. Over rating pile of bricks. Not even a real henge!
Here’s a [’90 Second Review’](https://youtu.be/cDfFCU2UEiM)
Does this use havoc, physx, or something more sophisticated like rubikon? Or did you make the physics engine
Does it work well with controllers? Looks like a nice puzzle game for the steam deck but it doesn’t seem to know about compatibility yet
Oh cool the same video with the same comments as last time. Stop spamming the sub with ads.
You created Blast Corps?
How many times have you released it at this point?
I do not care
Looks like teardown too
Remake Blast Corps
Gotta milk every fucking second out of that reddit marketing.
Still looks fun
The sped up videos are a bit disingenuous. Actually building stuff is quite slow and clunky from my playing, and while this looks like it’s just about blowing stuff up, it’s more of a puzzle game with very intended solutions, rather than coming up with something creatively.
You’re given a budget of specific pieces and that pretty much lays out the one way to solve the puzzle, with a little bit of room for variance on exactly how the pieces slot together.
Also, the first post was fine, when you launched. At this point you’re just using reddit for guerilla advertising.
Wasnt this posted a few days ago? I think i might be going nuts.
“Only goal is to destroy stuff.”
> sees the gif say “build”
Literally unplayable. Uninstall.
It’s a great game idea don’t get me wrong but there isn’t enough game content for $17. I know it’s an early access game but you shouldn’t be making people pay that much for something that isn’t finished, the majority of your reviews have less than 4 hours of play time.
Yo fuck off with these paid ads.
This is pointless, stupid and a total waste of time. In short, I love everything about it.
