Is there more by this artist? The channel has more videos but the production is all different while the music is similar, which makes me think the video was taken from another source and paired with the music.
This animation was created using a software that originally came out for the Nintendo DSi. I can immediately tell by the brush patterns being used, and the limited color selection. It was basically an entire animation studio compressed inside of the Nintendo DS, and it used to have it’s own online platform called Flipnote Hatena. People could upload their animations directly from the console, watch other people’s animations, and rate them using stars and also reddit award-esque treats. It was basically YouTube for hand-drawn, frame by frame animations. It was pretty popular, and the community used to absolutely flourish. There was so much talent on that platform.
They’ve since rebooted and upgraded the software for the 3ds, but they did not introduce the same Hatena online platform for the reboot, so the community isn’t as bustling.
If you still have a 3ds lying around and you enjoy artistic expression, I highly recommend trying it out. It’s very fun and super rewarding to finish even just a 6 second loop.
As someone who used to make HyperCard animations on the old Mac SE: Amazing! I’m just thinking about how it would take a few hundred SEs and like six screens to process this on that Ol’ Champ. Love the brush patterns.
That was a trip. Incredibly well done.
I loved it. I couldn’t stop watching. It’s like I was under a spell. Great job
Whatever the workflow was to get this video together, it was really high effort, it felt like. Great job.
I was too fascinated by the art to keep up with what the hell was going on. Amazing
Damn that some good demon pp
So THIS is what they taught the girls that day in 5th grade while we played bombardment.
Incredible. Had to watch it twice very cool artwork and a trip through the unseen fabric of things.

Neon Genesis Necronomicon
this is some of the coolest stuff i’ve ever seen
This is really cool – reminds me of something you’d see featured on Off the Air. Awesome stuff.
Haven’t seen art this good in years. Thank you for sharing!
So very good! Extra trippy, just the way I like it. Headphones and a dark room set the mood perfectly!
Flipnote Studio!

This looks a lot like the style of [Mattis Dovier](https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCKhi8wL3aIlRCUkHWC-aHHg/videos)
I haven’t felt this emotion since the first time I watched the daft punk harder, better, faster, stronger music video.
Whoever made this should be immensely proud.

I feel like this is the lovechild of Berserk and Neon Genesis Evangelion?

I was way too high for this
Biblically accurate Angels creep me out
I don’t know what this is, but I liked it.
Also I think I accidentally am now part of the illuminati or something?
So this is what Griffith went thru
How it feels to chew 5 gum
Tell me you’ve dropped acid without telling me you dropped acid:
Floyd-Steinberg dithering has existed since 1976!

So this is what Kentaro Miura was working on during each Berserk hiatus.
Someone explain this video.
Shit like this is why I endlessly scroll on Reddit. You occasionally come across something so awesome it blows your mind.
“So the whole universe,” you said. “It’s just…”
“An egg of sorts.” I answered. “Now it’s time for you to move on to your next life.”
This reminds me of old Aeon Flux for some reason. I like it.
Does anyone have links to more videos like these? Trippy music soundscapes. Doesn’t have to include nude bodies but also no complaints if so.
