I love those callers… Or the ones who started out to give you a hard time and then mellow out.

I worked in tech support call center. Got a customer who wanted a lap dance. Shrugged it off because figured he was another regular guy. Helped him through a couple of stuff and told me he wished he could send me a girl to give me a lap dance. I laughed and thanked him.
That was 10 years ago. You don’t forget the nice ones.
Can confirm, the callers that treat tech support like humans are the ones I did the job for. Those at times shockingly rare callers made putting up with the idiots and self important buffoons trying to tell me how to fix their fuckups bearable.
I’m an I.T. Director with just two subordinates.
On particularly bad days, one of them routinely asks me “Is it too early to start drinking?”
My response is always the same. “It’s too late to start drinking.”

I generally do not recommend having octane in your ethanol.
It just so happens I’m 335 days sober today :3 20 to go!
