Ex-wife worked in HR in a very corporate setting. Someone was leaving steamers all over the ladies room on a continual basis. They finally figured it out; she was another person in HR. Very quiet and reserved woman with mental issues. She showed her distress by popping out squids on the ladies room floor. When she was caught she resigned.
