I think most superheroes would greatly benefit from the use of firearms. Can you imagine the no scope trick shots Spider-Man could pull off with a sniper?
I don’t play either of these games but I think the way they handle other peoples characters in smash bros is so well done, every move is a refence to something from the game and fits with what was established in its original universe. The reveal trailers are so good, I can’t think of any other game I don’t own but I have seen every dlc reveal trailer for. It feels like people who know and respect the characters are in charge of the creative choices. In some cases giving those fans more crowd pleasing moments than the actual rights holders do, like Banjo Kazooie or Mega Man etc.
The fortnight stuff just seems like business deals for skins and not much more than that. It barley has any of that crossover fun. I like the X-men for example. I would love to see the smash people make a trailer and move set for, like Wolverine or Gambit or whoever, but in fortnight its just completely forgettable that he was a skin or whatever in that. Its just a skin for you to lord over other people while you continue playing fortnight. It doesn’t really celebrate the character as much. It doesn’t feel like a meaningful crossover to be excited about. Its just like a ready player one style vomit of IPs.
I like KH. A lot. But here’s the thing…Sure, that’s Sora’s Keyblade…but I would ENTIRELY believe you if you told me Kirby had a strong enough heart to pull a Keyblade when copying Sora. Kirby is awesome.
(To be clear, I have no actual issue with the sparkle-blade. Honestly, I think a blade made of literal sparkles is cool and also fits Kirby. Just the other would be fine too lol.)
The keyblade thing has to be because of Disney, because Kirby can have every single other “chosen one” sword in the game. Besides maybe the master sword but that’s just because no neutral Bs use it
…he’s not a keyblade master though. He didn’t pass his mark of mastery
I’ve never played Kingdom Hearts, but aren’t there literally hundreds of keyblades across the various games?

Fortnite: FUCK YOU
With great power come great BACCKATATTTATT

This is canon in Japanese Spider-Man.

That’s just 1960’s Japanese Spider-man…
dude if Demyx is a potential keyblabe wielder from ancient times, than Kirby is more than worthy to have his own unique keyblade.

Gos Fortnite is so lame
Green Goblin: You’re too late Spiderman! Weed has been legalized.
Spiderman:…

Batman in The Batman: “Noooo! I can’t use guns!”
Batman in Fortnite: “gun goes brrrr”

Hey it’s accurate to Supaidaman.
Well also in fortnight Batman is allowed to use a gun
Is he strong?
Listen, hun
It doesn’t matter
He has a gun

Look out! Here comes the Spider-Man

Now I’m imagining Batman running around with a AR-15
It’s too late Spider-Man, weed has been legalized!!!
Aaaand thats why i love it and its my most played game atm😅
Disney Infinity let anyone with hands wield the keyblade.
That’s a pretty tame Fortnite screenshot compared to the others I’ve seen. Never seen Kratos, Lara Croft, and Rick fighting a group of fish people.
“After Gwen’s death stopped pulling my punches”
spider-man, spider-man. has an smg in his hand. was your crime big or small? doesnt matter when your full of holes. Look out, here comes spider-man!
