Is SNL gettin a little better?!
Someone at the SNL wardrobe department spent 41 hours in the past 2 days building a giant cigarette costume, and I appreciate that.
They went to the effort of having smoke blow out from the glowing ember, even though you can barely see it in this clip.

Longfellow is really good at playing these cynical and odd characters.

Watched SNL for the first time in forever last night and that was my favorite skit/character by far.
That costume was so great and fully developed. I do wonder if it was rented by any chance?

Hilarious sketch but I just also want to point out how good Jost plays these sketches. I mean he knows and participates in the script but he really sells that he’s hearing these jokes for the first time.
