It was on ‘The Green Album’ from 2011 when the movie ‘The Muppets’ came out. That album has a few other good ones like The Fray doing “Mahna Mahna” and my personal favorite, “Night Life” by Brandon Saller.
That wasn’t a very good song.
Big muppet fan and also discovered the cover this year, while enjoying Muppet Mayhem, and was confused how I had missed it.
Bought the Green Album immediately with high hopes and found it to be tragically underwhelming.
The video and the song together work and capture the muppet vibe, but it is part of a project that doesn’t feel like it had much heart and the cover without the video isn’t all that sticky.
As far as OK GO goes, this was subpar
