I love how the War Doctor mocks his successors for having a catchphrase.
Ten years has passed so quickly. Whew.
Watching this is the cinema was one of the most fun events I’ve ever been to. The long hype up to the episode, the teases, knowing Capaldi was just on the horizon, and then this sequence….just pure unfiltered fan service in the best possible way.
Happy Doctor Who Day!
Capaldi was my favorite doctor
Twelve is always going to be my favorite, that scene *still* gives me chills…Introducing his legendary attack eyebrows!
I didn’t realize Capaldi was already 10 years ago. I have unexpectedly aged further than I thought.
I can’t believe that was 10 years ago. It feels like yesterday. I also remember the special BBC America TV Movie that aired called Adventures in Space and Time. I was only watching the new Doctor Who at the time, but I loved that TV movie. It was an awesome history of the first Doctor and how the series became a franchise.
Best intro to a new Doctor ever.
Capaldi’s Doctor and Bill deserved better budget
That was an amazing moment in an amazing episode. Me and my kid were geeking out over it.
Man do I have a lot of dr who to catch up on.
I love this fan edit that does include ALL thirteen doctors.

One of the very very best moments of Dr. Who for me, even moreso because in retrospect Capaldi is my favorite Doctor.
Wow I really hated they never explained how 13 got there in the other seasons, but still he was an amazing doctor, his final speech still gives me goosebumps.
Happy Doctor Who Day!
And now the timelords are all cybermen
I remember getting my mind fucking blown when they said “ALL THIRTEEN!”
this was a DECADE AGO?! /shrivels up and blows away into dust/
Damn, can’t believe it’s been 10 years. 16 year old me didn’t know what was coming.
Damn it’s wild it’s been 10 whole years. This was incredible to watch for the first time, I SCREAMED when Capaldi’s eyebrows showed up. Now a decade later he is my all-time favorite Doctor!
Oops. That being said the show can retcon itself continuously because it’s a time travel show.
They even had the doctor be some random kid that shows up that a woman kills over and over again to learn how that magic works.
Wait, is this on D+ or do I still need the BBC America app?
God that bald dudes dialogue is terrible.
That Silence commanding to subscribe at the end of the video is pretty great.
So what was the Jodie Whittaker Doctor doing? Or the Ncuti Gatwa?
It’s been a decade already. Jesus.
That sounded like [The suicide mission theme from mass effect](https://youtu.be/ecwXu4eUPKM?si=J9JLGAHY98Pqfftn)
Capaldi mentions all 13…in the finale of 11, Matt smith is worried he won’t regenerate…which he knows is false…because of this line. It’s basically bad writing
I went to see this in the theatre and it’s actually one of the few things I have watched where the 3D elements were gorgeous.
This clip is like a Dr Who parody showcasing a sample of why the show is so immature, corny, and cringy. I guess you had to grow up with it to get accustomed to this level of painfully bad dialogue and plot.
