You had to find all the kids in the closets. Let’s say it did not age well.

Still worth to play it on emulator?
This and the California Raisins game. Two of the best of all time. Oh, and Kid Icarus + Mario 2.
Michael!
The staircases that are hard to go up
Yeah. Odd game.
Did Michael moonwalk when he died, or am I maybe thinking of the Blues Brothers game (or just an mild fever dream)?
That art is gorgeous though
If you blew the cartridge you’d get a few thousand dollars hush money.
Weird game based on a weird film. I just remember running around opening closets and kids popping out lol… Didn’t age well
Turning into the Lazer shooting death robot was always fun though.
Loved it, first game I ever completed.
Best. Game. Ever. Getting that robosuit if you caught the “missile”. Pure bliss.
Plot twist you’re the bad guy. The enemies tries to save the children from you.
What a lot of people don’t realise is that this was actually a tie in with a weird film which was a load of music videos from MJ, the game was based on these.
It is REALLY weird… Running around saving kids and killing people with a hat and dancing… oh, and turning into a mech when catching a shooting star.
AVGN did a play of this one.

Absolute banger, honestly.
Played the arcade version which was totally different.
I got it one day, I think my dad bought it. I never got past the first couple stages. Didn’t play it much to be honest. Yes it was a bit odd
I had this game in the 90s.
Good old memories but mediocre game.
I had this on MegaDrive I think and VHS lol probably had a soundtrack on cassette too no doubt 😅 serious jacko fan when I was a kid, thankfully he didn’t know 😂
This is a blast in the past. It really is a weird game.
I had the game. It was fun back in the day, I played it a few times on an emulator and find it weird AF now, given the circumstances.
The 16-bit rendition of “Smooth Criminal” will forever live rent-free in my head.
MICHAEL
I loved this game so much!
I love that whole skungy early Mega Drive aesthetic.
The zombies jumping at you used to scare me so much 😭
**OO**OOoooOooOoohh
Spent so many hours in it 😅
I did
I played the arcade cabinet a bunch. That was a great era for video games.
Oh, I remember this one! Vaguely.
Fond memories of tHe master systEm version
I played it in the arcade, but have never played a console version.
It was a cool game very unique I will say. I have it complete in box. It’s nice to have in the genesis collection. Not a common game.
My friend had an arcade box of this game, it was almost the best, metal slug still the best
In the arcade
i remember watching my older brothers play it. the one memory i have about the game is mj dancing amongst ghosts in one level. they still remember the game fondly.
Never had it, it was really rare for some reason in the UK and I was too young to buy new games.
Soo wierd!
The mini movie this is based on was weird af too lol
What do you mean now it’s weird? It’s hee hee larious
There was a short movie that this is based on. It’s basically MJ versus a drug dealing Joe Peci and a detachment of Cobra Vipers. At the end MJ turns into a transformer.
It was weird.
So what you’re saying is Michael Jackson haunts my computer?
I have a random file that won’t allow Farcry Primal to be played unless I keep the random folder on my computer called “I Am Moonwalker”
A game where you play as a grown man saving little girls in closets
Heck yes, I could never beat it as a kid, always got stuck in the caves trying to find those damn kids and getting killed by zombies and soldiers.
Shit was weird at the time, still one of my favorite games, though 😂
I had the full size acade game for a while. I thought it was pretty good, but not all the customers liked it.
