Great Grandparents ? That photo is just over 70 years old. My great grandparents were probably that age in 1890 or 1900.

I always get stunned when people say or show their GREAT grandparents being in their prime in the 50s. My grandparents were born in the 30s and I was born in the 90s.
I just forget my grandparents had my dad really late as he wasn’t born until the 70s. So , I’m always shocked that people have such young grandparents and vis versa people are shocked that my grandparents were so old lol.

Of course you are young if they are your great grandparents! I’m only 31 and my great grandparents was born in 1917, my father was born in 1958 and my mother in 1960.. I’m their third child and they were my age when they had me. But I guess different culture and stuff because I am swedish. My grandma on my father’s side was born in 1930. So it is interesting indeed lol
