People trade being exploited by a “real” job to exploiting themselves for the algorithm. Most content creators I know spend upwards of 80 h/w filming and editing and maybe pull in 4-5k/m on a good month which translates to $12.5-15.60/h. They have no life, everything is used as content and as a result their relationships both platonic and intimate really suffer.
