So as a big white guy would be ok for me to karaoke DMX: Ruff Ryders Anthem? Cause I could try but it might be a 1 time event.

Yes you can, you can also say it when reading a book aloud. You are using the words as intended by the artist.
You can say it whenever you want just got consequences
But what if. You’re singing Cyprus Hill?
volume warning
Only a ginger can call another ginger, ginger.
Why cut the clip off half way through the last word? The punchline of the joke. I don’t get it, is there value to keeping it at 5 seconds instead of 6, and this was the laziest way to make that happen?

Great edit. Didn’t need the last word, or the reaction. Flawless.
OHHHH it’s here’s my NUMBER. I am SO embarrassed.
This is a dangerous game ya’ll playing. I went to wedding where I was the only black person and when the n word came on for a song all you heard was me, lol. Bless them. That wedding was so ratchet.
I can because I’m not from USA and we are not afraid of words
I stopped being a Kendrick Lamar fan when he stopped one of his fans from singing his lyrics
As non US person, this obsession with not saying the N word is really bizarre.
My personal feeling is, if the song is published and sold as a karaoke track, and the word is included as a lyric …and you’re a big enough rap fan (or just SO desperate to say the word that you’re willing to get up in front of a bar full of strangers and sing it), you get a pass for the time you’ve got the mic.
But, apparently, my personal feeling is wrong… DEAD WRONG as I have been made aware.
“Hi I just met you and this is n”? Or “so here’s my number call me n”?
You are allowed to say any word you want. Some words are just frowned upon.
X Gon Give It To Ya Maybe is still my favorite mashup.
You’re telling me the hard R n-word isn’t in Call Me Maybe?
🎵But here’s my n>!umb!<er, so call me maybe🎵
Unpopular opinion but I think people give too much power to that word by policing it in all contexts.
IMHO there’s a huge difference between singing along to a song you like, and actually using it offensively against someone.
But whatever, I don’t make the rules.
Music is art. Art can’t be changed so sing it as it was made
Jimmy O Yang (Jian Yang from Silicon Valley) has a joke with the same premise from a while back.

everyone should be able to, because within the context of a song you aren’t calling anyone a racial slur, therefore there’s no discrimnation. There are too many idiots who don’t understand this though so better not.
You mean the word that a certain race calls themselves daily to each other?
