Rain storm? Looks like a hurricane

I saw them in a rainstorm as well at Churchill Downs.
That can’t be safe
Bob Dylan‘s album Hard Rain was filmed in Fort Collins Colorado at the old outdoor Hughes football stadium. It rained the entire weekend and all the fans ended up ruining the football field and that was the last time a concert was held there. It also became the title of the album because of that concert.
This was in Dallas.
To me this pic epitomizes the “Start Me Up” rebellious rock spirit, and the still-Woodstock-esque rock festival spirit of good vibes & great times rain or shine.

ZZ Top and Fabulous Thunderbirds opened tickets were $17, Ha!
Rain came when Stones played, we were under 2nd deck, thankfully. They had wireless mics and guitars.
and South Dallas floods badly, waded in water to our knees leaving.
