Loved season 1 – can’t wait for this!
Can’t wait! Loved the first season so much I picked up the books. The books are great but so fast paced it’s hard to keep up. Really like how they brought so much of the books to life IMO better than the books do.
To anyone wandering, they’re apparently adapting the Church and the General plotlines for season 2.
I really loved season 1 and am excited for this. Like all shows it had some flaws, but also featured some flat out amazing performances.
God I hope this is better than the first season
The Empires storyline was really entertaining.
Loved the Empire’s storylines from S1,the rest was fine but it could have been better. Looking forward to S2.
I read the books ages ago, so my memory is a little shaky, but I can’t seem to see how this relates to the books. Though, admittedly, it would seem a tall task to make compelling tv out of what is essentially a series of short stories with time jumps.
For anyone that has read the books, have you enjoyed the show?
Perhaps this is better enjoyed by going in excited to see a new sci Fi tale rather than a faithful adaptation of a book?

More of the dude who played Cleon. Just steals every scene, and throw some Jared Harris in there for good measure. The chick with one facial expression needs to fall off a cliff screentime wise and this series can be something special.
