i don’t know if he wrote the guardians of the galaxy, but he reminds me of rocket racoon. This of this would have been here without him, he was a great guy. He said he sometimes felt bad he wasn’t an engineer or something else, but he figured without comic books someone might end their life. He had a morbid sense of humor, blunt way of looking at things.
So is this movie going to make the claim that Stan created the Marvel Universe all by himself, and that he is the genius who deserves all the praise and accolades, while Jack Kirby and Steve Ditko and all the other creators go unrecognized?
for all the people saying stan lee stole the ideas from jack kirby and steve ditko and such , that is simply not true. stan lee himself has explained the creative process and acknowledges steve ditko and jack kirby as the co creators. anyways he used to provide the rough outline of the story which the artists ( jack kirby and steve ditko in case of spiderman) would then expand upon. now steve ditko did alot of heavy lifting during the time when he was drawing spiderman . and he might have come up with spiderman and his origin story but thats just his word agaisnt stan lees so i dont think we should judge either party here
Surely there was more inventive titles. Excelsior! or something, maybe even a tagline with it.
Bet they completely gloss over the likes of Steve Ditko and Jack Kirby and make out like big Stan was the creator of all things Marvel.
Directed by Ang Lee

Gonna drop a name that deserves equal recognition: Jack Kirby
If you love the MCU movies and don’t know who he is, for the love of all that’s holy, please look him up.

A comic pioneer that most people only know as the old guy in marvel movies. Stanley was a true legend.
That’s him alright.

Strings hoist the S and the last E but not TAN LE 🧐
Hail Stan
Hey everyone, hope I’m the first here to say
Jack Kirby
That’s right, upvotes to the left and send gold
Dude knew how to brand himself
Nothing like Disney white washing Stan’s career. What a PR fluff piece joke this will be.
(I love Stan but he had some real ego/creative crediting issues that I Doubt Disney will come close to portraying. Long live Jack the King!)

Yikes
Alternate Title: How I Stopped feeling Guilty for Taking Others Recognition and Love the Fame.
Repost.
In 10 years Disney will make a movie about Stan’s camera man..
I hope they will show the bad sides too, but I highly doubt it
I hope they acknowledge Jack and Steve did as much (or even more) than Stan Lee did
Interview Alan Moore you cowards!
