Looks like a crime scene investigation maybe
Did you have a loo around the area? If I remember correctly I’d doesn’t give an exact location but more the area in which to search
Get in the batmobile and use the indicators. There’s one or two firefighters underground where you need to use the power winch to break open a wall to enter the area
