Oh man so glad to see Felipe taking up the (big) shoes Hannibal left behind, he was fantastic last season.
I’m not sure I have laughed at anything harder than Eric Andre getting Blake Griffin to salute Seal Team 69. His quote, “why can I hear stuff all the time” might be the most perfect capture of the guest experience on the show.
Read somewhere that each interview is like an hour (unless the guest walks off). I’m sure a lot of the gags don’t work out, but I’d love to see those extended versions in some fashion at some point. I also read somewhere the writers put 300-400 jokes/bits up on the board every week during a brainstorm and whittle it down to 30 or so.
