This is a photo of a man lying on a day bed, looking ill or perhaps even bedridden. I’m not sure if the photo is staged or not, but it’s fascinating to see the details of his surroundings. Check out the amazing radiator, the banjo propped up on the right, and the bed pan. 1890-1900s.
