  • The Forgotten Coast of Florida is one of the darkest places in the state and a wonderful place to go stargazing and take photos of the stars. The weather was fantastic this morning so I made the quick 50 minute trek from Tallahassee to the St. Marks National Wildlife Refuge to take this photograph of the Milky Way and the stars rising behind the St. Marks Lighthouse. Couldn’t ask for a better way to start the day.

Image captured with Sony a7iii Camera and Sigma 14mm f/1.8 lens.
