First time I saw them was in 2008 with Jeff still in the band. The next time was with Testament and Carcass back in 2016. Great memories of both shows.
Slayer ran full blast from day 1 to retirement. Was fortunate to see the original line up duing South of Heaven. Even with replacement members, still brutal as fuck from lights out to throwing guitar picks and drum sticks at set end.
I was there, single largest pit I’d ever seen before or since.
