An under appreciated song
One of the songs from Band on the Run that was not recorded in Lagos Nigeria, but at George Martin’s AIR studios. His experience in Nigeria is an interesting read.
Yeah boyeeee – get it!
Have always loved this tune. I’m a guitar player who picked up piano later in life (and boy did it hurt my back! *rim shot*). I still haven’t mastered this one and I’ve always wondered if Macca had a “leg up” since his left hand is dominant, allowing him to keep those bass octave rocks steady.
FAUL
How great was/is this guy. Fantastic
Great video!!! Thanks for sharing!
Why do I hear ABBA?
I love this!
To me this song really highlights the versatility in Paul’s voice. Love this album.

I’m a big Beatles fan and always found Paul’s post-Beatles song-writing *really* mediocre, middle-of-the-road and just forgettable
This song’s an exception though, it’s so great.
Wings is underrated..
This could have easily been a Beatles song. I thought that it could have been when I first heard it.
