Grew up on a lake, quite familiar with these spiders. I was always amazed at their ability to walk on water without being divinely inspired.
Is this the spider that creates an air bubble underwater? I forgot the name of it.

Is that a raft spider? I live near a reserve in the UK where they’ve been found, but I’ve never been lucky enough to see one for myself. That’s a lovely shot!
This spider is so pretty lol. I wish I could conquer my fear of them
